Terms & Conditions

1 - This website is available to all to view. We aim to keep information on this website as up-to-date as possible, but should you find this not to be the case, please get in touch.

2 - To attend a class or private session, all clients must complete an enrolment form beforehand. Any change to the information given on this form must be notified as soon as possible.

 

3 - There may be occasions where it is necessary for classes to be cancelled at short notice due to personal reasons. In this case, as much notice will be given as possible, via email, text message or phone. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the contact details held by HD Pilates are correct.

 

Cancellations

4 - Any cancellations made 24 hours ahead of the class will be fully refundable, or can be rolled over to cover an additional class. Any cancellation not made within the time frame, payment will still be expected. To ensure your notice of cancellation is not missed, please message your teacher directly.
